About me
I’m Adam, a recently retired mathematics teacher with 36 years’ teaching experience in both state and independent schools.
Throughout my career, I've helped students of all abilities build confidence, deepen their understanding, and achieve success in their GCSE and A-level Mathematics examinations.
As an examiner for the Edexcel and Eduqas exam boards, I have an in-depth understanding of how exams are marked and what examiners are looking for.
I offer one-to-one, in-person tuition for GCSE and A-level students in the York area, focussing on building understanding and problem-solving skills through discussion, targetted practice, and detailed feedback.
I hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate, which is available to view on request.
